What is an Open Training?

An Open Training at Minded Motion gives you the chance to train independently in our awesome Minded Motion Freerun Park. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced freerunner looking to practice at your own pace — every freerunner is welcome!
When you purchase your ticket online, you’re guaranteed a spot during the Open Gym.

Benefits for Members

Are you a Minded Motion member? Then you can purchase a 10-session punch card at the front desk for only €50.
It’s a budget-friendly option, but please note that this does not guarantee you a spot. We can only check the number of participants upon arrival, meaning there’s a small chance the session could be full.
If you want to make sure you have a spot, we recommend buying your ticket online in advance.

How to Buy a Ticket

  1. Complete your purchase: Pay quickly and securely through our online payment module.

  2. Receive your ticket: After payment, your ticket will be sent to your email. You don’t need to print and bring it to your training

  3. Start training: Simply sign a Waiver at our gym and you’re good to go!

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I buy a ticket on-site?
We recommend purchasing your ticket online in advance to ensure your spot.
With a 10-session card, participation is not guaranteed if the maximum capacity has been reached.

Is participation at your own risk?
Yes, entering the freerun hall is at your own risk.
Your parents or guardians must fill out the Waiver form.
If you are 18 years or older, you can sign the Waiver yourself.

Are there Open Trainings regularly?
In Venlo, Open Trainings take place every Saturday from 12:30 to 14:00 (except during holidays and special events).
In Uden, Open Trainings are not held on a fixed schedule, but we aim to offer them during school holidays for members in the Uden area.
